Our One-Call transportation phone support is operated by the following organizations in each county:


In King County: Hopelink’s Transportation Resources Line staff can provide one-on-one support in finding unique transportation options that fit your needs. Staff cannot book your trip. The phone number is 1-888-697-9080. The Mobility Line is open from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If staff are unavailable, leave a voicemail and they will return your call within two business days.


In Pierce County: Contact Access Pierce by phone or text to 253-572-4357, or 1-800-572-4357. Access Pierce Transportation Resource Center staff can provide one-on-one support in finding unique transportation options that fit your needs in Pierce County. Access Pierce is open from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If staff are unavailable, leave a voicemail and they will return your call within two business days.
